I got so stressed today and fatigued at work, I thought I popped a blood vessel in my eye. This happened to my friend Steve recently, who’s older, and so it wasn’t necessarily stress but it was pretty damned impossible to look at him from the other side of the table, at the restaurant.

Dawn has a tic that comes on with her one eyelid sometimes when she’s extra tired and beaten-down. I’ve seen the same in three of my project manager mentors: they all have the same twitch.
