Steering Committee

There were about 30 in our steering committee meeting yesterday, too many to count. Luckily we had some anchors there, who helped facilitate decision-making, but at the end of it I felt I had been sucked dry.

We went on to a half hour meeting where three topics were scheduled for discussion with a dozen people. We got about 10 minutes, and when there was question about one of our requests, we couldn’t answer it because one of our key people had stepped out, to discuss the next meeting. I stood to confront one of the attendees at the end of it, and ask if we could make this work in his area. He said, probably.
